The account managers responsibilities will be to increase players lifetime value by proactive outbound communication, all to ensure a personal, engaging, and rewarding experience for the customers.
Requirements:
- Build relationships and establish personal relations.
- High level of multitasking;
- Target/sales driven;
- Rapport building skills;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Achieve a high quality of player satisfaction;
- Strong analytical skills to identify patterns in VIP behavior;
- High level understanding and interest in online gaming/online marketing field;
- Mother tongue level in English and French or German or Italian.
- 1+ years of experience as an account manager or customer support
- Data driven thinker
