The account managers responsibilities will be to increase players lifetime value by proactive outbound communication, all to ensure a personal, engaging, and rewarding experience for the customers.

- Strong analytical skills to identify patterns in VIP behavior;
- High level understanding and interest in online gaming/online marketing field;
- Mother tongue level in English and French or German or Italian.
- 1+ years of experience as an account manager or customer support
- Data driven thinker
