For one of our clients - a major player within the BPO space we are looking for an enthusiastic professional to join their growing E-commerce Customer Support team.

Main Requirements:
• Previous experience within the Customer Service/ Support domain or a client-facing role;
• Fluency in one of the following languages: German, French, Slovenian, Croatian, Polish or Dutch;
• Advanced level of English;
• Being able to work on a flexible work schedule, including weekends;
• Strong communication and computer skills.

Main Responsibilities:
• Answer customer inquiries through phone, chat and e-mail;
• Provide accurate and timely information about products, delivery estimations and others;
• Ensure customer satisfaction.
