As a Recruitment specialist your daily tasks will include but are not limited to:
Source and build relationships with candidates
Conduct screens, reference checks, present job offers
Create job descriptions, post and manage position ads
Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
Requirements:
1-2 years of prior relatable experience.
A high degree of ethics, discretion, and evaluation skills.
Desire to quickly advance in the role
Great organizational skills
Ability to work under tight deadlines
