The Back Office Assistant serves as the backbone of daily operations. You will provide administrative support to the team.

Daily responsibilities:

  • Maintaining client accounts

  • Performing daily operational transactions

  • Order entry – process customer returns

  • Organize all sales samples

  • Customer service and correspondence with clients

What we expect:
