We are looking for: PROPERTY AND FACILITY MANAGER (INTERNATIONAL)
What will be your role?
The Property and Facility Manager (International) will be responsible for the Real Estate, facilities, and daily operations of our sites located in Plovdiv, Sofia, Kyiv, Tel-Aviv, Dublin, London, and Malta. The Property and Facility Manager will manage and oversee all Real Estate initiatives, maintain relationships with internal and external attorneys, brokers and will be responsible for all matters related to Real Estate and facilities budgeting.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;
Lease negotiation experience preferred;
Construction management experience preferred;
Commercial real estates experience preferred;
Ability to create, present, and gain approval from Senior Leadership;
Alignment of strategy with business objectives and strategic initiatives;
Occupancy and space planning strategy;
Real Estate/Facilities budgeting to ensure successful financial goals are hit;
Daily management of active renovations/buildouts;
Manage daily operations/facilities of all sites in collaboration with local Admin teams;
Collaborate with Human Resources, Finance, Legal, and IT to support requirements for each site and ensure alignment in everything that we do;
Partner with Business Planning to forecast on an annual and quarterly basis to ensure proper tracking of all spend;
Perform constant analysis with quarterly presentations on scaling needs to allow for strategic growth ;
Work with Director of Global Real Estate on all relevant negotiations (leases, contracts, license agreements, etc).
Synthesize market data to guide business to make the best decisions while establishing standards to support continuous growth in any identified market.
