We are looking for an HR and Recruitment Specialist to join our client's team in Ruse, Bulgaria.
Your daily duties would be:
-Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating
-Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees
-Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed
-Workforce Planning and Employment
-Implementing the organization’s recruiting strategy
-Processing transfers, promotions, and terminations
-Conducting training sessions
-Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs
-Maintaining records of employee participation in all training and development programs
-Writing job descriptions
-Performing job evaluations and job analyses
-Assisting the payroll process
To be a successful candidate for this role you:
-must be organized and detail-oriented;
-must have excellent oral and written communication skills both in Bulgarian and English
-must have computer and Internet proficiency
-must be able to work well independently but must also work as part of a team.
Knowledge of hiring laws is a must as well.
We would expect that you have a relevant Bachelor's degree.
